Has my order been dispatched?
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been despatched. This is normally within 24 hours after payment received.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched, usually, you can expect it within:
3-4 Working days for UK and CI delivery addresses.
5-7 Working days for EU/ EEA delivery addresses.
Please note depending on the postal service selected on the order your order may arrive sooner or later than the time scales shown above.
Can I change delivery address on my order?
If you have made a mistake please email us immediately so that we can change the address for you before order is dispatched. If we have already dispatched your order please note we are not responsible for item lost/ delivered to wrong address.
Can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to cancel the order. Please note that this may not always be possible due to processing times and our commitment to a fast dispatch.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery on many items but please look for free standard delivery in the listing concerned. Otherwise delivery is offered at nominal charge.
What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
The majority of our items are small to fit through a standard letterbox. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted you should receive a Royal Mail ’Sorry we missed you’ card saying you missed an item being delivered. Please follow the instruction on the card to retrieve you parcel.

What do I do if I have not received my order?
Should your order not arrive within the estimated time please check the following:
- Red card, if left by Royalmail. Please see card for collection.
- With the neighbours.
- Check common residence area. If office address check with reception/ post room.
- In any possible, safe places, that a driver might have left the parcel in.
- Re-confirm your delivery address so we can verify this is where it was sent.
